Could anyone who has upgraded from an original Farymann L30 give me some insight as to what modifications to the engine bed had to be made? I've been looking for a used engine and it would be nice to know which models would require the least amount of modification.
Additionally, who would be a good repower mechanic to call with a lot of T-Ten experience? I'm in San Francisco, but it seems like you guys out on the Lakes are fond on Torresen Marine and Great Lakes Diesel? Any others?

By the way, I've got the L30 sitting in the garage with a cracked and leaky water jacket. The top half is pretty rusted/corroded (it seems to be functional), but the bottom half is pretty well oiled and clean. It's waiting for a new injector, so whether it still runs is anyones guess. Feel free to contact me if you've got a working injector, or, on the other hand, an interest in L30 parts (once I give up)...
