Benefiting from a PHRF rating of 138 (on the west coast), Freebooter sails capably on closed course buoy races, sailing measurably faster off the wind than the standard fin keel boats (which have a PHRF rating of 126 around the country). Boat is at Marina del Rey , CA where it was featured in a 1995 episode of “Baywatch” in a fictitious match race against another west coast T10. Extensive cruising and racing sail inventory (designed for PHRF), loads of electronics and gear, including a brand new inflatable dinghy and 4-stroke Honda outboard motor, a Hallspars solid Quickvang, split drum roller furling, three sets of Barrient winches including self tailing primaries, auto pilot, flux gate compass and custom running rigging.
